AMUSING NOTE FROM THE WORKBENCH: It was originally going to be "A Brief History of Jetpacks," but as soon as I tried making a monkey jetpack out of bananas, the whole thing went to hell. There's only so much you can do with jetpacks, anyway. ANOTHER AMUSING NOTE: I misspelled "century" very badly as I was writing all that. I switched the vowels. I got a good laugh out of it.
