31002 hot rod . Lego is selling everywhere and by a recent visit to department store a box of 31002 somehow slip into my shopping box. it s a basic set with a very tiny piece count of 121 bricks. the inventory is nothing special and I bought the set just because it has an atractive price per piece ratio. otherwise the set doesn t really inspire. I wasn t even planning on building an alternate from it buuut changed my mind and gave it a try. . since there isn t such a vast assort of bricks to manipulate with and fill shapes of body for some sort vehicle it s best then to build a kind of vehicle with open wheels and a hot rod is just the kind a raw machine. main view. according to my taste for fun looks it s gooood to throw everything in off axis so with a low front and pushed up rear. I m suprised it s possible to balance some sort of color scheme with whites down and yellow as main paint of the body and then a few grey n black accents around the curvy slopes form a nicely shaped rear end. and the white paint plays good in pair with the braking lights. few more pics thanks for viewing!
