Gibson SG [Mk1] . The second guitar: cooler, heavier and really unique =) . Hi, folks! Since I've built Fender Jazz Bass inner voice was talking to me: Vic, you should make another guitar, without copying already built models =) In a few days I seriously decided to design another guitar. And I've chosen Gibson SG, classic instrument, Carlos Santana`s and Angus Young`s choice. Again the work lasted for two days and here the results: This model of guitar is also able to make some kind of musical notes! I`m not a guitarist but after evening of practice I can play Linkin Park`s Faint using one string :D Process of designing: Its size: 104 cm in length, 33 cm in width, ~2.1 kilos in weight Details overview: Thin & slim guitar, isn`t it? =) P.S. You can see "Mk1" at the title. In a few months I`m going to start searching different bricks to build another version of SG. It will have a rounded body and it will be RED. Here is the preview of this project: green and real Mk1 and red, roughly processed in Photoshop Mk2 as a demo picture: Thanks for watching! If you like that creation, take a look at the other guitars =)
