Bright-Wall Keep . Bright wall Keep is a small, well fortified castle hidden in the hills of Forlindon. It was built as the last defense against the massing skeleton armies of the second age. since then a moat has been dug and strong outer walls are soon to be constructed. this small castle took me about three hours to make. i ran out of pieces by the time i started the rear tower and had none left for the outer walls. I am about to order a large amount of castle pieces and will make a larger and more detailed fortress. i am also working on the quest of Lord Treedor in to the badlands to slay the Last of the Sand Worms. Elven Ranger . this is the gate house. it will be connected to the outer wall when i get round to building it this is the mechanism for raising the drawbridge. behind the draw bridge is a portcullis a ranger enters the Castle to visit his friend, Rumanthil the Elf the doors of the Keep the wall above the keep with a small catapult the courtyard of the keep a well, needed in times of siege an archer aiming through a window in the front wall the front tower of the castle, also with a small catapult the first floor of that tower the keep is detachable from the rest of the castle that same archer, but from behind. the keep has internal battlements the ladder leading into the front tower the east wall. the bridge will connect to the castles outer walls a close up of the bridge an older knight Guarding the bridge the rear tower of the castle, this was when i began to run out of pieces! another shot of the courtyard, showing where some of the more important horses are kept the west wall has a roof held up by arches. this allows the knights more protection from catapults and arrows another shot of the west wall this wall also has internal battlements one of the guards has seen something "it's lord Treedor, he's returned" Lord Treedor has returned from a quest into the badlands to slay the last of the sand worms (up-coming MOC) Treedor about to enter the armory the armory where all the weapons and armor are kept (really, you amaze me) these stairs lead to the east wall one of the Castles defenses is that to get to the Keep, an enemy has to traverse all of the walls. However, the knight find this a bit annoying Treedor finaly meets with his old friends, Lord Gwaine and Ambeare, the wizard another shot of the palisade the smithy is situated outside of the castle. I really loved the kingdoms Black Smith set, and hardly edited it. a happy Black Smith hammering away and scaring the chickens
