LECS . Official Lex Luthour Power Armour. . My little Lex Luthor minifigure has been such a good sport, driving all my little vehicles and mechs so I thought it was time I made something just for him. The is the LECS which stands for Luthortech Exo-Combat Suit. I had made a hardsuit before for Lex but that was a really early try with system, just when I started incorporating it into my builds. This time I decided to have a proper go at a decent suit for Lex and wanted to do it in his classical green and purple colour/faction scheme so it even looks like it belongs. It doesn't have any ranged weapons as it simply relies on brute force with it's fists and it's armour plating allows it to absorb a decent amount of punishment aswel. This was a really fun build for me because I've only ever made one other hardsuit (previous Lex version) and had an incomplete WIP of another, but this time I've got a decent one to show off that's not mech size. It's fully articulated at the shoulders, elbows, fingers, thighs and ankles. The suit sort of opens up aswel in order to get lex out and that's where a cheat comes in. The full minifig isn't in the suit, it's just Lex's torso so he's actually missing his legs. The arms aren't actually solid either as the whole side pieces for the torso are on multiple joints that allow the purple chest pieces to get into position either side. Overal I'm very happy with this one as I've knocked down a few goals of mine which are to create a decent hardsuit and for it to be a Luthor one aswel. The name LECS was also thought up as a way to abbreviate a longer name but to also keep a sort of theme as 'Lex' and 'LECS' are pronounced exactly the same.
