Project: Blackstomper . Robot on the loose, Marendar's progeny: Tabimir's latest creation gone totally wrong. . Order of Mata Nui Library: Recovered File: Brotherhood of Makuta Report on "Blackstomper" Event Event Specifics: Prevailingly unknown Subject: Brotherhood Agent Tabimir, mechanical engineer. Toa of Iodine, Northern Continent, 2 bio in height, age 22051 years. Report: Agent Tabimir sent out an irregular distress signal from his laboratory to Brotherhood agents throughout Rela Nui and several nearby islands. The reason for this signal was unclear, but Tabimir could be heard vaguely mentioning the Marendar robot's programming. The signal was cut short immediately after violent explosions could be heard in the background. The Brotherhood leaders have since denied responsibility for agent Tabimir's work and assumed ensuing destruction. Shortly after these reports were taken by Brotherhood agents, a large robot apparently created by Tabimir went on a rampage through a minor island north of Rela Nui. Death tolls are uncertain, estimated to be around two hundred Toa, Matoran, and members of other species, before being subdued and shut down by an Order elite strike team. Upon examining the specimen, codenamed "Blackstomper" (likely for its armor color and destructive nature), Order scientists made some shocking discoveries. In accordance with earlier data obtained from slain Brotherhood agents, it appears that archaeologists hired by the Brotherhood had come across blueprints and information pertaining to a Toa-hunting robot called Marendar, which according to these newly discovered files, had escaped and gone missing. The reports were deemed incorrect for obvious reasons. Evidently some minor encrypted subroutines of the Marendar programming were contained within the physical design of the robot; when Project Blackstomper was activated, these subroutines kicked in and sent the new robot on a rampage, as mentioned previously. Blackstomper is currently being held, powered down but mostly intact, in a secure Order of Mata Nui facility in a classified location. One of my favorite recent MOCs, actually. Built after Pirai and Dakatar v1 (unposted), then was scrapped to fix Dakatar and build Mojo. Really sorry about the picture quality, camera was going nuts. Also, I greatly apologize for the huge video thing. I couldn't get it any smaller without it glitching out and disappearing. Thoughts on the edit? I know it's simple, but it was my first attempt using Gimp. I can still barely figure it out, so back to Powerpoint I go. Yes, the text in the poster is supposed to be all lowercase, I'm not losing my impeccable grammar. /sarcasm So the Brotherhood finds stuff about Marendar, Tabimir builds a robot (Blackstomper) with the designs, which starts killing people left and right. No, this does not take place on Spherus Magna, but back in the MU pre-reformation. The entire story of Rela Nui and stuff does involve time travel... and stuff. Don't confuse yourself. The MOC was originally going to be a Dark Hunter wearing a Kadin and holding a gunblade, but I decided to change that for a more robotic feel. Be sure to check out the newest version of Pirai, right here! Anyway, feedback is appreciated! Tell me what you like and what you don't.
