MIT Round 4: Garett Smith vs Justin Knelsen . Famous landmarks: The Taj Mahal, The Eiffle Tower, Big Ben, The Great Pyramid of Giza. Pick a famous landmark and show us your version of it. Microscale or minifig scale, it's up to you! . Hello everyone this is my fourth entry into the 2012 MIT and the category is Famous Landmarks. This if you didn't already know is the Kinkaku-ji (Temple of the Golden Pavilion) This was a very fun piece to design but also challenging at times. It is micro scale and I tried to use as many interesting pieces in the model as possible. Here is a link to my opponents awesome entry I would've liked to have this posted sooner but I had my Trimester final exams to study and prep for. But now that those are done with I have some free time again. As always feel free to leave comments and suggestions. I wish good luck to my opponent and to the other people in the contest.
