Why?
SHI-7 "The S****" . . The Super Heavy Infantry Mark Seven was developed as mass production frame on a very large scale. The frame is cramped, small in size and awkward to enter. The pilot inside is left in strange position, standing upright, and leaning forward. These frames offer little to no challenge to most other frames on their own. However, a squad of these dug in are capable of some rather impressive firepower, which has taken many unwary pilots by surprise. When a squad is supplemented by a command frame, the danger is increased. It has been noted though that do to the tendency of the squads to hold a tight formation, even if only one of them is being targeted, often multiple frames are damaged or even destroyed. The command variant boasts moderately improved armor and weapon systems over the standard model. In addition they often carry single shot rockets to provide even more firepower.
