Whale Hunting . My entry for CCC X in the Winter Life category. Whales were hunted in the Middle Ages as much for their fat as for their meat. It was a dangerous hunt. One dip in the icy water meant death in few minutes, maybe few seconds. But what a reward if hunting was successful ... .
