Gipswijk November 2012 . It's about time I made another progress report, as some has been made, never quite remember what though. Apologies for lack of focus, it was rather gloomy. . The Building on the immediate right is new, a bar, which will become necessary in Gipswijk's new crime drama, Body Parts. It is still being fitted out, the front wall being of most immediate concern.
Cleopatra's Restaurant has finally received it's roof, an apartment none the less, also contributed to Body Parts. The factory in the background is also new, housing my in progress vehicle projects, kind of.
An engine, chugging along, well it would be if it was powered, its actually just stopped here. It had lost a bogie which was recently found and I was so happy the engine had a minor refit.
The yellow 'Bumblebee' Camaro should and maybe will get its own page one day, it isn't hugely different from my red one in the main, this one does have a revised rear but as it isn't pictured you'll have to take my word.
The new TAB factory, built mainly out of vintage curved rails.
A look along, er, the High Street?, I dunno, it's not named yet. The tram line? The stable, white building to the front left has received a fair bit of attention, enough to justify a better picture.
The town square is all new, built to accommodate the Town Hall I was given for my birthday (next year I want the Horizon Express, well two if I'm honest). The Town Hall has made all my other building look a tad small an often inadequate. The church had its spire raised as a consequence.
The post office platform area, complete with Santa's Minifigure series 8 sacks.
My son was moving the train, I quite liked the blur....
.... so I asked him to do it again.
No blur, no movement, no real reason for the shot, I just quite like it.
