Why?
ALADDIN and the MARKETPLACE . WELCOME to my next installment in the "Storybook" category --- ALADDIN! This was a major undertaking that took me 3 weeks to work on! I did this one a bit differently, I did it from memory instead of researching it first! I was surprised to see at 63 my memory was still SHARP! I then took my composition book and played my DVD of ALADDIN and took notes! Then I did my research getting graphics and lettering to keep my signature piece going! I did research on scenes from the movie and real life photos of some of the vendors. Both the PRINCE OF PERSIA and INDIANA JONES LEGO Sets lent themselves to making this set (story) come to life! I had to "yellowize" each flesh figure that came with the sets and them create my own MOC minifigures! I had so much fun doing it. Yesterday while interspersing the pictures I noticed there were scenes I could recreate --- so I DID! I included many action features as well! I am start this off - scene by scene, in fact I just replayed the DVD and took notes off the MENU Option - by scene! The MARKETPLACE will be followed by a close up look of each vendor! It will end with a close look at each MINIFIGURE CHARACTER I needed to create to tell the story! Then like my ALICE IN WONDERLAND and my SNOW WHITE I will chose scenes to illustrate the whole story! Sit back, relax and scroll your way to enjoyment (I hope)! .
