Why?
MIT round 1: John Daniels vs Mark Murphy . Famous Album Cover! Build your own version of an existing album cover. Please include a picture or link to the original artwork for comparison . Hello everyone, Here are the links: Mark Murphy's Entry 2012 MIT Group The first album cover I thought of when I saw my category was Abbey Road. At first I rejected it, thinking that I wouldn't have enough tree pieces. I then thought of doing Minstrel in the Gallery or Hotel California. Both were rejected because of a lack of pieces in the proper colors. So 4 days before the deadline I started 'Abbey Road'. I'm not completely happy with it, but it will have to do. Same photo as above. Here's the reference photo. Bonus Pic O, no! Poor Phippy, that's going to hurt in the morning. No LegoŽ was purposely harmed in the making of this MOC. Fourth wall: I had a pretty good time building this. And I think that it came out pretty good. I couldn't leave the idea to have Phippy crashing on a bike well enough alone. Good Luck to my opponent! May the best MOCer win!
