Why?
MIT Round 1 Finn Tegotash vs Luke Johannesen Thanksgiving Dinner . A family gathers around a large meal for an important purpose: To be thankful (and get to Round 2 of the MIT) . Here is my entry for round 1 in the MIT. You can find my opponent's hompepage here. My category was Happy Holidays! The goal was to build a MOC depicting your favorite holiday. I chose to do a classic thanksgiving dinner scene. It includes a father, grandpa, and grandma. I initially planned to add a mother and baby as well as more table, but was limited by my piece collection. I should also mention that I probably would not have completed this unless my brother had loaned me some bricks. Here we have Grandma eating sweet potatoes... And Grandpa consuming mashed potatoes. I put some small pilgrim figurines on the mantlepiece along with a cornucopia of squash (and a frog). A group shot of the characters. Please tell me your favorite. And finally we have my little figurines. Enjoy!
