Gipswijk August 2012 . Its update time. Gipswijk is progressing. . Is this town/city ever going to be finished? Bluntly, no. Never ever ever, its going to go on til I die and even then I hope my children will take it over and then their children and.... well, you get the gist. The 3rd station built in the last installment didn't last long and it was dismantled and placed at the other end of town. It will be named Gipswijk City Station. It is a bit of a construction sight in its new neighbourhood but my aim is to build a hideous block of flats here, hopefully extending over the track and the station too. It does look rather incomplete here, mainly because it is. The hotel is the main building in frame, currently lacking the upper floor side wall and any of the intended inside decor. The right of the road, where the AT-AT is parked will have house fronts built along it. Centraal Station has also received a fair bit of work, extending the black roof and incorporating the post office more comfortably. it has had a new stairway built inside leading from platform height to the mezzanine. The latter area is the one still needing the most work. When this happens I think I can justify the Station getting its own page as the last time it did was 2009 and it has changed a bit since then. i tried improving my black and orange building, pictured on the last update, but it fell to bits so completely I remodelled it totally, and to be quite honest i far prefer it this way. This is the industrial area of town, just south of the docks. It looks impressively grim, I hope you agree. This is St Natalia's church of the Red Ninja with a small but fervent congregation gathered therein. It was dark today and difficult to get a closer view. "Ride the snake, to the lake, the ancient lake, baby" or something like that. Guess the song and you'll win, nothing.
