7346 Private Residence . My second alternate of the Seaside House. I tried to get away from the beach with this modern design, but the details can't but be summery. I think I'll take a break of this model for some days; I built two alternates in two days, two days after I got this set. . A pleasance dock with a barbecue and a table in the sand. The entrance. Nothing to say here. Inside: a couch, a chair, a very, very basic table and a carpet. Here you can see the four windows and a ladder that gives access to the roof.
