Baltharus . Baltharus is a small watchtower belonging to the Kingdom of Ondellor on the east coast of the kingdom. The role of the watchtower is to identify any threats coming in from the sea and send a runner up to one of the barracks that lie at the edge of the Ondellor Mountains, that will send soldiers to deal with the threat. . Here is a shot of the sea portion of the diorama, showing the changing depth of the water. A picture of the coast, with the breaking waves. Another picture of the coast. Notice... anything? An overall shot of the tower The side of the tower. The front of the tower. The doorway. Here is the wall of the outlook, on the top of the the tower. The two soldiers manning Baltharus talk over goblets of ale. A picture of the ale cask, imported from the Kingdom's Capitol, deep in the Ondellor mountains. And here is a weapons rack holding a longsword and a bow, for use in situations that require them. Well, this is the closest thing I've ever built to a castle, and also the largest diorama! The tower was heavily inspired by castle builder Sirens of Titan, and also Ru and Annie Corder's Warlock's Tower. Thanks for looking!
