Shliahk and Kipo - Bio Cup 2012 - R2 - vs Super Pikmin . . The discovery of mountain leap bulls was a great victory for matoran. The first bull known was discovered by Kipo, an explorer and scavenger, a ko-matoran who managed to find one as baby and tame it to his usage. Kipo named his bull Shliahk. The two are usually put for defense or sometimes sent for a rescue mission in the mountains where the bulls abilities are best for moving in the environment.
Mountain leap bulls were discovered in the mountains, where not many were left. They get along with their own kind well, but due to lack of food they were very few in number. With the no-green environment, these creatures became carnivores.
Mountain leap bulls are temperamental, but also docile creatures, thus tameable if treated correctly. Not many are left, but their discovery allowed them to be breeded and possibly saved in the future.
The mountain leap bulls move either by jumping or walking, the first being more common as it covers more distance in less time, though consumes more energy. Using its jumping abilities is how the leap bulls hunt. They hide either under the snow of the mountains or other unseen location, from which they jump with accuracy and fall over their prey, trapping them between their tusks and throwing them in a manner that breaks the prey's bones.
The bulls were seen very capable for battle, which lead to experimenting with Shliahk for fitting battle equipment. Eventually Shliahk was equipped with a final set: a guarded sattle, thigh armor, as the backlegs are the bulls weak spot, shoulder guards and chains on the tusks for ramming enemies and also holding them down.
Not much armor was required as the bull has its white areas covered in frozen fur, which protects well and its tusks cover its face enough to not need additions, except for the front and back of the creature.

Ready for battle!
Moo out of my way!More white less light. That's how we roll in the photoshoots. There's not that much I can give about this creature. I had a horrific lack of inspiration and had no idea of what I'm doing. I sort of tried to build somekind of body at first, but using brown is tough as I don't have much brown pieces. Eventually something started coming out and I settled for using also white for a 'snowy' effect to this creature and thus came the bio and species. You could say the body build of this creature is kind of unorthodox. The whole chest area and front legs are all held in the rest of the body by JUST ONE stud, so I've had it a few times popped of by some unknown pressure. The shoulders are also kind of loosely attached, as the front legs pop off at times. I can't say I'm completely pleased with the design, but I'd rank this creation to a medium class. As for the contest, my theme was a War Mount. It's up to you to judge how I did. I'm uncertain of my own success right now. I wish good luck to my opponent Super Pikmin. As I mentioned before I rank this as a medium class. This is kind of copying from transformers toy classes, but I think it's a fitting way to define what kind of quality you were aiming for. How I define the classes is this:Low class: Custom body, non-custom limbs, non-custom head, 0 to low detailsMedium class: Custom body, half-custom limbs, custom head and average detailsHigh class: Custom body, full custom limbs, custom head, high detailsLow Titan class: Large size, unconsidered armor placing, simple headMedium Titan class: Large, considered armor placing, lack of armor in areas, gaps, simplish custom headHigh Titan class: Large, well considered armor placing, little to no lack of armor in areas, well customed headGod class: Extremely big and heavy. Tops 70cmAlthough the classes are just an idea, I myself will likely refer to them later on to tell how much effort I was willing to put into the build.I hope you enjoyed this. Thanks for watching!
