Why?
M416 (working bolt action) . . My first working lego gun with the shape of a real weapon. NOTICE: This is no copy of any of Jack Streat's weapons, I studied his designs and improved the mechanism. The original hammer was from his M416. But the hammer started to break, so it was redesigned. The trigger mechanism is a combination of his different mechs. It was made simpler and easier to maintain. My finale model barely ever jams. Over a span of five hours I fired 1000 fired rounds, there were only 6 jams. This gun features: -working mech, The mech is designed after Jack Streat's, but made simpler. -1x removable box magazine. Holds 10 bricks. -removable functional Picatinny rail with built-in iron sights -removable fore-grip -foldable front and rear sights -safety field strip Hammer cooked closeup with a magazine Hammer cooked closeup without magazine Hammer released Safety located under the bolt The safety is operated by turning a knob on the side, which blocks the bolt from releasing Safety engaged Magazine Me holding the gun This is an old video. Originaly I planned to upload a high quality video, unfortunately I lost it. Thanks for looking at my MOC, please post your comments bellow.
