Why?
LV-3 "Riptide" Urban Assault Vehicle . Because having four wheels is too mainstream. . The LV-3 Riptide is a two-wheeled Light Urban Assault and Scouting Vehicle with a focus on speed and hit-and-run tactics. Because of their light weight and incredible rapidity, Riptides are often used by officers as fast personal transportation in addition to their intended use. Although not capable of flight by any means, the Riptide can increase the duration and slow the descent of jumps off tall structures or ramps through use of its two Avenger dual-purpose turbine engines. DESIGNER'S NOTES: I never really got around to posting my finished version on the LUCL, so I figured I'd put it here. As you can see, I've finally started using some of Photoshop Elements' most basic features like changing background color (Visible translucent bricks FTW! Plain and boring dark gray!) adding text (No more Walls O' Text for you! Extra flavor!), and cropping (Smexy high-res images! Less downsizing!). And yes, I know, "it needs an extra color to like, break it up more or something! I can't see anything!" But that is the point, my good man. That is the point.
