Why?
Lego Monastery . The home of monks. . This monastery is probably the biggest creation I have ever built. I made my first monastery last year (2011) and had so much fun with it that I desided to build a second one, this time with more details. The garden -like the rest of the creation- is built with my own and others designs. (the hoe and tomatoe plant are mine, but the cabbage is from 'Green Grocer'. The well goes far down, with blue brick at the bottom. I have made many Lego trees before, but this is probably my favorite. The bell-tower was going to be at the back of the building, but it did not look as 'church-like'. My favorite part of the top floor is the beds, which consist of a lot of nice pieces. This is the worship and eating place (great hall) for the monks. The boy is being told the history and goal of the monastery. Jesus' Cross, standing in between two candle sticks and saintly statues. I hope you enjoyed this creation, and learned some new ideas on how to make your creations better. God bless! (BTW, the song-of-the-creation for this is "5,6,7,8" by newworldson, for no good reason at all.)
