Caterpillar - Light Freighter . Hello everyone! This is my Caterpillar, named so because it looks so :D My intention was to build a spaceship that could fit into the Freelancer universe, perhaps you know the old pc game. Cause of this concept, the Caterpillar is a light freighter for one pilot. It is divided into three segments, cockpit, pilot's compartment and cargo hold. Everything a lonely freelancer needs in space! So check it out and comment on it, I'm eager to hear what you think! . Cockpit with a ladder to the entrance (the topside of the caterpillar can be reached by another ladder between the engines, the cargo hold has an own entrance) Here's the pilot's compartment with a bed, toilet and storage room. At last a detailled view of the landing gear, which can be folded neatly onto the ship's underside.
