Why?
The Wet Dream . . For 2012 MocAthalon Team Common Elements in Darwin Awards The Dream Simulator for Evaluating the Unconscious Mind The boundary between reality and dreams is loosely defined. The Dream Simulator allows the exchange of substances between these two realms and subsequently permits observable and objectified measurements of the unconscious mind. This experiment quantified the ability of the unconscious brain in sleep to balance desire and restraint. Alert subjects were motivated to avoid painful stimulus by restraining their desire to flush a toilet in their dreams generated by the Dream Simulator. Prior to induced sleep, subjects were given diuretics to increase the desire to urinate. Of the 50 participants tested, 43 flushed the toilet, 5 did not flush, and 2 refrained from using the toilet. The results are conclusive of the general inability of the unconscious mind to suppress desire.
