Children of the Immortals - Intro and Chapter 1 . Introduction and Chapter 1 of Children of the Immortals: Feathers and Scales. An imperial wedding. . Please be sure to click on the pages to read them! The text can be small in the preview images! NOTICE TO ALL READERS: This MOC story is purely a work of fiction, based entirely on our imagination. Nothing was copied or re-used from other sources (ask about the name kohan and Ill explain). It is a fantasy story, and while realistic is NOT meant to be historical at all. It features some occasional language (although nothing too extraordinary) and frequent blood/gore (in lego form, obviously). The story can also be intense and dark at times, so READER DISCRETION IS ADVISED. Also, because it is meant to be highly realistic, the lines between good and evil may be blurry sometimes, and thus some of the subtext and undertones may be difficult for very young readers to grasp. The tone is very much inspired by the Song of Ice and Fire series by George RR Martin, The Elder Scrolls videogames, the videogame Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns, and the Chronicles of the Dread Empire by Dave Cook. All this being said, we can only forewarn the reader so much. So, comments bashing the A: historical accuracy, B: morality, or C: thematic (emotional/spiritual) content are not appreciated. Please do not post on these subjects. We treat all posters with respect, but will delete any comments that we feel consistently disregard our content requests. However, comments critiquing builds, story usage, characters, etcare all very much appreciated! Please let us know if there are characters/places/buildings/etc you love or hate, and if theres anything youd like us to do in future chapters or avoid altogether. Were especially interested in anyone who finds gaps in the story, or places where a character does something out-of-character, or things like that, let us know as soon as you find anything so we can fix it in upcoming chapters! And please enjoy the story! :-)
