MOC Olympics 2011 Recap. . Air mail madness! . I got my MO prize recently, so I guess it's time to praise the MOC's, the contest, the judges and your comments that brought me to the final four. THANKS A MILLION!!!! Here we go! My take on the earth theme: EARTHRISE. You Must Be This Tall... - Build your own version of an amusement park or carnival ride that the masses would line up for in droves. What Could Possibly Go Wrong? And Now for Something Completely Different - Build a scene or story based on the work of the British comedy troupe Monty Python. Evil Scientist vs. Evil Scientist: Two evil scientists fighting each other, but not with just chalk on a board, but with crazy weapons they just invented. Movie Poster: Create a LEGO version of a movie poster! It doesn’t have to be a blockbuster movie, any flick will do. Just try to stay as true as possible to the original. My prize went to my son. I played this contest almost entirely on his stock of bricks, so the TIE fighter belongs to him! The rest of the pics speak for themselves... Count me in next year!
