MOC Speed Contest Round 3: Dwarven Stronghold . . Hello all, and welcome to round three of the MOC Speed Contest. This round I received the category of "Mini knights, ho! Build a microscale Medieval scene - castle, village, whatever!" I decided to build a Dwarven fortress on a snowy mountain. This is very much inspired by Blake Baer's brilliant micro-scale castle, WarScape. Diagonal view. A band of nomadic barbarians have set up camp at the base of the mountain. Forward view. The textured tower is one of my favourite parts, and it's actually built upside down to accommodate the curved lightsaber hilts. The lake is feed by a river that leads from the Dwarven citadel. Bailey The Protector nobly guards the castle. Somewhat of a bird's eye view. A statue of an ancient Dwarven king sitting upon his throne is depicted in front of the upper courtyard.
