Generation 5.5 Frame . A modification to my fifth generation frame, allowing for moveable shoulder armor that gives greater freedom of movement than its predecessor. Some slight changes were made to the knees and torso as well. . This is the frame that is used in the V-Type mk I and the I-Type mk I I was not happy with the setup of the shoulder armor on my previous frame, so I decided to change it to make it more easy to work with. The new shoulder armor is mounted on technic pins attached to the shoulders, allowing both the shoulder armor and the shoulder complete freedom of movement. This allows the frame to achieve a number of poses that were simply not possible before. The knees were also fixed. For some reason, in real life, the piece I was using worked just fine, but in LDD I needed to use another part in order to allow the knee to bend all the way. One of the program's many oddities. The changes to the torso have resulted in a more balanced mech, allowing it to stand better under larger weights. In real life, it can probably even sustain poses such as this.
