Upgrades . Various upgrades. Another quick batch update MOC. . Remember when I said I was going to redesign the Gravity Driver? Well...
Side-by-side with the original Gravity Wave Amplification Tool, the GWAT Mark II (Gravity Driver mk.II) is bigger, bulkier, and greeblier.
It definitely pairs up with the Anti-Grav Motor better, now. Yes, I re-purposed ValFigh's cannon for this. I re-purposed a lot of ValFigh's parts.
Because I'm rebuilding ValFigh from scratch. Meet Neo Valkyrie, the slimmer and more streamlined replacement to ValkWing.
It has a bit of an Aquarion feel to it, in my opinion and definitely looks sleeker and more fighter-like. Furthermore, there's no extraneous parts that need to be removed when it transforms.
It's still a WIP, but the robo leg mode is fully functional. Note an error in the transformation. The greeblies on the feet should be pointed up like spikes.
Backside, which is kind of bare.
Izanami got some upgrades too. Finally, she/it has a sleek core pack with integrated boosters (the vent pieces).
Also, as a nice touch, Izanami's chest has a ribbon of sorts.
Creator Notes
Just wanted to upload some more progress pics of things.
Going to be ordering some P-a-B parts to give the Izanami its own pair of Star Sword like weapons. Need to find a [censored] 2x3 plate to finish the revised back-leg armor on the right leg.
So, what's in the future?
- ValFigh Neos, the upgraded and totally not-sucky rebuild of ValFigh.
- MAS-R-001 "Super Hub" (rebuild of Hub.ZX)
- Whatever else I think up
So, if you're down here, comment! Also, answer this question:
Should I disassemble the original ValkWing and use it for parts for ValFigh Neos? Or should I keep it (and maybe remodel it a little) for extra combinations and playability?
