MERCEDES 300 SL . . This is my latest 6-wide creation, the legendry Mercedes 300 SL with the famous gullwing doors. It was harder than I expected to get the shape right and I feel I got the front quite good, but the back needs some work still. The car was built from 1954 so this was going to be my entry for Dan The Mans Second car contest, but then I realised the age limit was 1945 not 1955, oh well... Here are some overall views, I am pleased with the front, it took a lot of work to get it right. I am sorry for the red bonnet stripes, I couldn't find any more grey bricks of the same shape...
