H. P. Lovecraft – The Shadow over Innsmouth . This is my 1st anniversary here on MOCpages. I had discovered the pages some month earlier, but I needed some bricks to build my own stuff. By the way, I chose MOCpages over the other LEGO® pages because I liked its design best. . To celebrate my fist year I open another page in my LEGONOMICON: I created a new H. P. Lovecraft vignette, based on the movie Dagon which is actually based on the story The Shadow over Innsmouth , the only book of him published during his lifetime.
For those of you who want to read the story about Robert Olmstead (which I highly recommend), I don’t want to spoil anything. Go away.
Some of you know that I don’t have much time at the moment. I took this pictures at work, not at home, and now I think that they didn’t quite came out the way I wanted them to be. The problem is, the alley in the vig is too narrow to take interesting pictures from different angles. Oh well, next time.
Okay, this was my first year here. I’m looking forward to the next ones. Special thanks to Sean Kenney for providing this awsome platform and to Chris Phipson and Mark Kelso for their never ending work, inspiration and motivation.
Bones, Leda, Hans, Heath, Shifu, Stu, Tom, El Barto, Dave, Dennis and all the others that I didn’t name here due to laziness (but I love you anyway), let me tell you something:
You all took my innocent little mind, scrambled it and turned me into the evil, bloodlusting monster that I am today.
