Why?
Bricks Tricks 3, part II. . The MOCumentary continues... . So, you want more? Can't get enough of it, eh? You got it!! I had my humble table too, there, and here's what was on it: A Tauran Cruiser. More about that one soon...Patience! My UFO landed in the forest...Hm...looks like a case for Sculder & Mully! Truck Trial is the brainchild of Steven Apers. It is a highly skilled builders competition with remote controlled trucks on a track. Steering skills and speed are required if you want to compete! The heads and mosaics of Dirk Denoyelle are famous with us Belgian AFOLs. His work was a big inspiration for my take on anatomy in the Olympics. The fair at Kortrijk by Nick Mortier was one of the eyecatchers at Bricks Tricks. Besides genius and enormeous, his ferris wheel is also right up to scale! The tiles for pavement alone must be thousands! He's working the next few years on a perfect scale of the Saint Michaels church of Kortrijk, wich will be higher then his ferris wheel. I am so looking forward to see that at Bricks Tricks 6!!! Gaetano Dooms is really special. He takes Lee Jones' game to the next level with his army. His soldiers are enlarged minifigs and are part of Napoleon's great army. Each one of them is skillfully rendered to the smallest detail! Fantastic! The BeLUG City Layout in wich I also contributed. Wonderfull houses, the 10000 series, exquisite train sets and loads of great detail. All the trees were delivered by Patrick Mingels. He arrived with several boxes full of greenery! Awesomeness!! Brickshop was there too and they had lots of yummy's with them! And if you should feel like there's something you missed: here's the rest of it! Well, I hope you enjoyed the load of pics and tiny ABS adventures I had, I know I did! Thanks for scrolling by and untill next time!
