Why?
MocOlympics Final Round: Dave Kaleta vs Stuart Delahay . Siege on the Kasbah at Deir-az-Zur . In the spirit of last year's winner (the incomparable Dave Sterling) I will be donating part of my winning build to Nannan Zhang's Creations for Charity. Creations for Charity, in it's second year, helps connect LEGO fans and builders with the organization Toys for Tots. Builders sell their original creations on the web via Bricklink, where funds will go towards buying LEGO sets for underprivileged children. I will be donating the large black scorpion AND the rider will be none other than my re-imagined Batman himself Place you bids here Please help support this worthy cause any way you can. -Dave Built for the 2010 MocOlympics Category: "Sword and sorcery" Minifig Scale. Your MOC must include a fortified castle/tower/wall/outpost (or a section of it), some fantastic elements and some heroic fantasy action. My opponent's entry: Stuart Delahay "In the Desert" by Stephen Crane - 1905 A final note- Thank you to: My esteemed competitor this round who was willing to share and collaborate to help improve our work. All the other competitors throughout the MOC Olympics, whose creations have been imaginative and inspiring. The judges and organizers who generously volunteered their time and efforts over these last few months. And to the entire MOCpages community for creating a shared space where we can learn, assist and improve as a group. I salute you all!
