Why?
1974 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 454 (7.5L) . This is not your ordinary Corvette, it is the last of the Legendary 7.5L Big Block, which used to speed down the Californian coast roads and cruise the Sunset Strip. . Some funcional details and weird constructions; Actually this project startet out (and was completed as) quite "old-school". At the end I got tired of the light grey parts -which should really be crome parts, to keep with the 1974-style of this car- and changed most of them to black. This MOC was far more complicated to build than anticipated. The MOC almost didnt make it to public view. I think my respect towards all you car-MOC'ers out there just grew a great bit... ;-) --- Here are some more photos of the car with the original grey trim;
