Why?
Bavarian-ish Castle Theme Houses . These are a few lego house designs I have been tinkering with while building my castle I can't seem to finish. . This one was a soldier's barracks that was part of my castle. The interior is decked out with all the trimmings. This may be getting some brown window soon, I don't know... This was the king's quarters that sat high atop the castle. A lovely house that really wasn't integrated into the castle well I love the sand green bricks for houses. This one with the tan window frames and brown lattice windows turned out nicely. One of my favorites. The obligatory U of M colored house for my U of M graduate wife. The Spears-ian influence on my design should be apparent by now. Go Bucks. This was my first house that I built and a tribute to the castle line from when I was a kid. I didn't realize I hadn't finished the roof line yet, and the green tree frog defies gravity. This is the "What What" house I built one day with a wicked beer buzz. This will be converted to a more progressive design soon. This home made me a fan of the Pearl Gold colored window. The color combination works well with the medium blue. Personally, I like the 1x1 square bricks for timbering, but the round 1x1 is not without its charm.
