Why?
Icarus (Vic Viper) . A nnenn inspired build. . Our pilot, Sol, prepares for his journey. A single glowing rod powers this swift craft. Sol is an advanced pilot, and can easily handle any type of spacecraft. When landed, the Icarus' rear wings are parallel to the main hull of the ship. The dorsal wings and connected engines lower as the ship takes off. Steering thrusters are used for inter-atmospheric travel. The front section passes over... ...as Sol casually glides the Icarus into the cosmos. Even a species as humble as Sol's is proud to show off the angles of this sleek vessel. This ship is designed only for the sheer joy of interstellar flight. The cold of space can be lonely for a solitary pilot. This week we are building starcraft in my Lego Design class. I wanted to expose the kids to the master, nnenn, so Vic Viper was naturally the way to go. I subconsciously absorbed the design from the Nglotki
