F-Zero (Olympus Mons) racer - Heather Radcliffe 02 . This is a space/world racer in the GAIA universe. On the terraformed planet of Mars, the giant dead volcano Olympus Mons has been converted into the first stretch of humanity's most watched racetrack. -------------------------------------------------Racers drive the convoluted race track to the top of this gigantic mountain, (3xEverest)before blasting off at the top, into space. They then race around the moon of Phoebos before landing on a crazy raceway on the moon of Demos before blasting off again to land on MArs once more for the final road stretch across the finish line------------------------- ------------------------------- The race and it's unique vehicles became so popular that a race division sprang from it, and now F-Zero is raced around the galaxy on some 26 tracks of varying degrees of madness. Olympus MOns however remains the holy grail of victories... . A while ago I made some cool space convertables and I just wanted to take the idea to the next step. I regretted not adding wheels on my GT last time, so this time, I went all the way with a crazy vehicle designed for a crazy racetrack in the world of my whacky imagination. Heather Radcliffe and her GT Brunnings currently lead the GAIA F-Zero Championship. She is chasing her 1st ever title and is an overwhelming favorite with the fans. Pictured besides Heather is her navigator and brother, Derek Radcliffe, a semi-retired Samhain Fire pilot. Together, the daring duo are hoping to end Vince Mannetti's and navigator Bob Jones' run, of having won the last 3 Champioships straight.
