Adler Steam Engine . Adler ("eagle") steam engine with two passenger coaches. In 1835 this was the first train in Germany. . This year (2010) is the 175 anniversary of the first train in Germany. See this wikipedia article for more information. (The German version has more details.) Since I wanted to use the curved bricks parts of the side had to be built upside-down. Which made connecting the roof with the base a bit tricky. I updated the pictures after I finally built a car with motor. Since I do not have any 9V components this is done with the accu (8878), an IR receiver (8884) and the RC motor (8866). I do not really like this car, but I did not find a different solution. The current passengers are very modern and could be visitors of a museum celebrating the 175 anniversary. I'm a bit clueless what minifigs would fit to this era... Any ideas? Update 2012-05-01, I added instructions in brickshelf
