Why?
Star Wars Darth Vader Skyhook . Darth Vader returning in his Tie to one of his skyhooks orbitting Curascant. . I had little to none information concerning Star Wars Skyhooks. I knew that they were orbitting Curascant and that inportant persons owned one to keep their precious things safe rather than having them on the surface. Darth Vader owned several of them. Having found nothing but a comic book picture of one I just let my imagination go and ended up with this round baby. Round constructions are always a bit of a gamble, but the construction went rather good. Starting with an inside structure of technic parts the whole thing kept fairly together. In between the top and bottom I had to put some 80 smaler circular units, that join both sides together. Its about 60cm large (23,6inch) and about 18cm ( 7 inches) high. I used 6900 parts to build it.
