Why?
MY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY MOC!!! . Today is my 1 year anniversary on Mocpages! Yay! I spent the last 2 weeks (did anyone miss me?) working on a moc for this occasion! Thanks to Sean Kenny for starting this site and thanks to all of YOU who've supported me and helped me become the builder I am today! I probably wouldn't be building without your support (sniff sniff). Now that I'm all teary-eyed, let's move on to the moc: The Sith Shatter-Class Variable Mech. It's 1,000 years after the Battle of Endor and the Sith are on the verge of ruling the galaxy once again. They've done this by abandoning the rule of 2 and forming a legion of dark lords. They've also combined Yuzzan Vong technology with ancient Sith science to produce variable mecha: machines that can transform from fighters to giant robots. The Sith Shatter-Class Variable Mech (say that 10 times fast) is the personal machine of Darth Vice: a mysterious Sith lord with the ability to control energy. This is also my first moc using a new crisp clean white background! Oh, I forgot to mention influences: first, I studied alot of Izzo's stuff, so thanks to him for inspiration. I tried to combine an Anime mecha look with the Movie-Transformers look with the SW movie look. Please RATE and COMMENT:) . Detail of the cockpit Size comparison Darth Vice! Detail of the shoulder armor (this design was inspired by Izzo). Detail of the feet. I'm really proud of how these turned out. You don't know the power of the Dark Side!
