Portland Building . Portland Oregon micro scale nano city skyscraper Portland Building . Portland, architecture and LEGO all collided one day in MLCAD as I decided to replicate skyscrapers in itty-bitty scale. The Portland Building stands 231' tall. At Nano scale, this translates to 231'x12 = 2772" / 1000 = 2.77". My model stands 2.75" according to MLCAD. This is one of the first examples of the post-modern building style in the nation. That's the only good thing I can say about it. The building is ugly and was not built well. At least it's got Portlandia on it, largest bronze statue in the US after the Statue of Liberty. Sadly, I could not replicate Portlandia on this building. Too many ground floor offsets. The SNOT is created by simple 2x4 brick hinges.
