Why?
WALL.E Deluxe Edition . This is another project i wanted to do with my new 7685 dozer. When i built my first WALL.E i set a goal to make a larger and more detailed version as soon as i had the right parts. Guess what, i got those parts! Anyway, This is still very basic. He doesn't fold up yet but he should be able to soon. I also want him to be able to fit a trash cube in his chest, so you can expect that in the second version as well. Right now he is exactly 8" tall and 8" wide. Well, i hope you like what i've got so far. . Let's start off with a close up of his head. Yes, his eyebrows are posable. No WALL.E moc is complete without posable eyebrows. Next is his control panel. It has his warning light and his battery charge reading. And this is one of his arms. This is obviously his tracks. i tried to put as much detail into them as possible. Here is his little door open. This is a close up of the "hips". This is what the tracks are connected to. i used two technic pistons on each side to connect the hips to the tracks. These are a couple of pictures showing how his arms slide back and forth. Here is a side view. And a back view. This is one of my favorite parts of this moc. Yes, it's the hanger that WALL.E uses to carry his cooler or treasure chest, whichever you prefer. And finally is a shot of the cooler by itself. It doesn't open but i'm going to be making some changes to it.
