Why?
Liberty Leading the People . Liberty Leading the People . This is my virtual LEGO® rendition of the central elements from the painting "Liberty Leading the People" by Eugène Delacroix (1830). If you’re wondering where I got the piece for the female torso, I downloaded it from the Holly-wood custom parts page. The inspiration for this MOC: * Note: The original painting that inspired this MOC was about the French July Revolution of 1830, not the French Revolution (1789-1799), as is the popular misconception. * My updated version of this MOC may be found here. * As usual, the program I used to build this is LeoCAD. For info on contacting me about permission to use the design or obtaining a copy of the 3D file I made, see my homepage.
