Lego Mobile Home . My first creation aside from a car for a long time... . ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ This is my Mobile Home. ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ The first building I have made, ever since the Lego Tower. I feel it's my best yet as well. It has a full frame, and in the first stage, it has two axles and four heavy duty wheels and tires. The hitch is heavy duty as well, and when it is removed from the moving truck, the custom jacks come into play, and one fits right underneath the hitch. On the rear, there are two permanent mounted tailights, as I have seen on many trailers. A view of the full frame and tires. My heavy duty hitch. My custom, movable jacks. ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ All moved in! ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ In the second stage of this mobile homes life, the wheels have been taken off of the axles, all the piping for water and sewer has been put in it's place, the water heater has been mounted on the underside, and all the underpinning has been placed. This is before it's been landscaped... My favorite piece of the exterior is the window awning on the rear. Above the cieling, I used hinges, and placed on a two piece roof, and at this point I was able to give it the angle I desired. I simply covered up the gap with a long black piece, that just looks like a seal. ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ The Interior ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ I am very pleased with how my interior turned out, with all the appliances and furniture. I did not have enough regular colored smooth pieces, so I decided to use red as my flooring for every room besides the kitchen, which is a white linoleum. I especially like the kitchen appliances. The livingroom has a black and yellow sectional couch, and a widescreen TV (Just because :) ) Moving on to the dining area, a four chair and table setup. Next, in the kitchen, there is a large refigerator. To the left is the microwave, on which I used a dial piece for added realism. Next to the left is the double sink. With all of these amenities is a black countertop. Next, my favorite appliance of the whole house, because of how it turned out, is the four burner stove and oven. Then, turn around, and there is the bathroom door. I found a great idea for how to make a Lego toilet on YouTube, so I used this idea. Next is the smaller whit sink, and the bathtub, with a shower curtain rod and shower head. The next room is the bedroom. There's a closet with a rack. The a dresser, bed, and double nightstands. The cieling although was rather dissappointing for me (Sorry folks, I ran out of good, flat, white pieces by this point, and I used some old Tyco pieces) On the cieling, there's a full lighting system for all the rooms, with a large white fixture of the dining room table. My absolute favorite detail of the whole build, the stove. And finally, my favorite appliances and pieces of furniture. ♦♦♦ Thanks for checking out my page. I hope you liked it. ♦♦♦
