8830plus . This is a modernized and supersized version of Lego Technic set 8830. Powered using the remote controlled Power Functions system. . This was my favourite Lego Technic set when I was a little kid. It was one of the first I got, and I really loved it. So I decided to build a more modernized and slightly bigger version of it, and made it work using the remote controlled Power Functions system. The back of the model View of the underside to show some of the workings. The differential is to power the drive axle, the axle and gears going from front to middle are to gear down the M-Motor used for the steering. Here it is stripped of all outside body parts, to show the Power Functions components. A youtube video of the working model can be found here.
