Mini Tony the Tiger sculpture built to support the Kellogg's Cereal City project
About this creation
This is the 2ft tall 1/3rd scale version of Tony the Tiger that I constructed to support the 2005 Kellogg's Cereal City (KCC) Summer Block Party sculpture project. The purpose of this model was two-fold. First I needed to gain experience in sculpting organic forms (I had none) and secondly the model served as a proportion and pose guide in constructing the full sized 6ft tall model of Tony that we delivered to KCC. The model took more than two weeks to build (out of the three months we had to deliver the entire project) as I had to iterate the overall proportions a number of times. It would have been impossible to do this with the full sized model given the time constraints.
really awesome, my favorite is the michigan ohio state sculpture, i am a huge ohio state fan as if you can tell by my icon with an ohio state logo for it, but i couldn't comment on it, oh well
whhhaaaatttt!!!! that this is awsome!!!! everyone is right, whoever gave this model under five is jeleaous!!! awsome (it kinda looks like he givin you the famous one fingered salute tho' lol)great job!
people that give MOC's bad reviews are the ones that are jellous and cant do it and/or thinks that its funny to give a good model a bad score... and if you use a different computer you can vote poorly against it as many times as you want.
