This is a brick-face styled slum, the building itself dates back to the late 1800's and has remained in use ever since. Recently it was purchased by the Sully Bradivan Financial Corporation's real estate sector, who plans to have the building designated a historical site. If successful, they will open up gift shops in the building to accommodate visitors who will flock to see the historical building. After the first few weeks, however, the building will lose its appeal as everyone will have seen it. Sully Bradivan then plans to auction the building off to the highest bidder at an auction in their Financial Tower. The auction will no doubt bring big money players into the game and result in large profits for Sully Bradivan.
About this creation
Close-up of the brick-style pattern. Very simply done using two different shades of red bricks and one shade of brown bricks.
An angled shot looking downwards.
A close-up of the front of the house.
The brick patterning and narrow, squished look was taken from a building in one of Sean Kenney's city models called "Greenwich Village".
Neat use of the red and brown. Those buildings are often called brownstones and they are often small and several to the block. When that building was built they would have called them tenaments and there wasn't as much sitgma attached to the word then. I like the top pat. Looks neat. see ya. garth
