That flat look gives it the feeling of silent-ness, looks like it would sneak up behind your fighter and blow you to space dust!

I think the strongest points on this are the front and back details, and the color scheme. Though the side mounted engines are cool too. Good job.

It's neat, but the flat shape makes it look kind of different from the other Zorg ships. Still, I like the shape, as well as your idea of putting those air scoops on the wingtips.
