SH-50 'Gecko' fast scout
When sensors are unusable and a scout car is too big, a SH-50 is fast enough to go in and come out with intel.
About this creation
Despite it's limited skill set, the '50 is incredibly well known and very popular.
It is fast, agile, compact, is equipped with a passive sensor array and a small pulse gun. Add to that the pilot's helmet mounted microcam and you have the full list of SH-50 abilities. Oh yes, it is quite hard to detect as well, due to it's lack of active sensor systems.

There is a definite reason for it's popularity, however, and that is that it is intended for a small array of missions: missions where a larger scout car such as the Ares would be too large, too slow, too easily detected or too vulnerable, missions where orbital surveillance is unavailable, missions where speed is paramount and agility and stealth are more valuable than sophisticated sensor reports that tell the real-time location of every rodent within fifteen kilometres.

That is not to say the 'Gecko', as it was named by the Coalition for it's uncanny ability to get into and out of unbelievably small places, cannot bring back detailed reports. Exactly the opposite; after the problems of retraining the 'intelligence' boys to gain information from optical records were resolved, the visual reports given by '50 pilots were invaluable, as commanders could have trustworthy still pictures and video records to familiarise themselves with the battlefield beforehand.

The mounting of the 180 microcam array on the pilot's helm and the pilot's training to rubberneck at whatever looks most interesting ensures that visual reports show the most fascinating of items. Of course, certain problems with nude sunbathers caused that training to be revised to 'look at whatever looks most militarily interesting', not that that had much effect on the rate of incoming nudie pics, mind you...

There are slight* problems with hooliganistic pilots, but the removal of certain engine parts from the rear mounted plasma acceleration systems have been reported to have results**.

Builders notes: this was not a particularly difficult build, but I feel it came out rather well. This was one of those quick ones, simple to build but difficult to figure out in the first place. Tcchnically the whole body is SNOT, and the pilot is not actually attached to anything via his posterior. As a matter of fact, he is only attached to his vehicle by a single stud. Oh, and speaking of which, there is only one stud exposed on the entire vehicle, not counting stands.

Great looking little speeder things, and I love how you seem to make a background on everything you make. Also, its nice to see a spacer who is developing his own faction instead of mindlessly building Star Wars or Halo. I'm making my own faction myself, can you check it out?

Awesome speeders! You really captured the shape but maybe use different colors because white is a little to original. But still really good job! Also I know you don't really like Star Wars but maybe you could check out my newest Moc. Its called "Brothers in Arms" part eight: Defense of Kamino {part two of two} I would really like your opinion.

Captured the shape of what? These are completely original, not consciously based on anything else. White is the standard colour for Zenexabas units directly attached to a front line infantry force; as such it could not be less original, with respects to the subject matter.

how is THIS a reason to be mean to someone: "1: I do not usually react well to noticing people with titles or strange names. 2: I do not usually approve of mis-spellings. 3: Barnicle is another item I do not tend to like much anymore, after running into mocpages. Not to say you are that low end, I was comparing you to that guy who made the giant silver slug thing." that aint no reason... and... if u think ur better than me??? how about a MOC-off.. and i will not build bionicles cuz im good with other stuff 2... check out this one (lolz) http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/79808 or this one: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/92579

I have read that. Twice. I pay very close attention to new posts in groups I am affiliated with. I will admit I was a bit hasty, however. The general reason for attacking you was- no, scratch that, the general reasonS for attacking you were: 1: I do not usually react well to noticing people with titles or strange names. 2: I do not usually approve of mis-spellings. 3: Barnicle is another item I do not tend to like much anymore, after running into mocpages. Not to say you are that low end, I was comparing you to that guy who made the giant silver slug thing.
