This is Makuta Valshot. He is small and he uses energy disks as weapons.
About this creation
This is Makuta Valshot. He isn't very strong or very fast but he has very good aim. He can fire energy disks from his hands. He has a number of different disks. (I took their powers from the Kanohi disks.) The disks can turn into a buzz saw, teleport what they hit, burn, freeze, shock, poison, explode, or for his friends heal. Each disk has a set ability but inorder to activate he has to put some of his energy into the disk to charge it up. He can fire two disks at the same time. He tends to fight with other Makutas to provide back up because if the opponents get to close he can't hit them because they wouldn't give him enought time to get a disk and charge it. (Not in story yet.) (He will get an upgrade when Makuta Trivarn gets to Juran-Nui.)
Edit 2/10: I forgot to add this Valshot is the smaller makuta in the mysterious figures picture.

He gets a mask when he gets upgraded and he becomes a lot better.
