Commander Reek started out as one of thousands of infantry clone troopers cloned on Kamino. He first saw action at the battle of Geonosis, where he and his squad were sent to clear the execution arena. Reek was sent to search the animal holding area for droids and Separatist leaders. A stray reek attacked him, but he killed it with a well-aimed headshot. After the battle, he was chosen for Alpha 17's Commander program, where Alpha 17 called him "Reek" for his duties on Geonosis.

He later became friends with Commander Wes, and fought in many battles together.

Commander Reek was in the Galactic Empire. He later defected to the New Republic and fought in their army.
