This design was first featured on fbtb.net and was designed and built by Stuart Imonnen. He did make other sabers as well as Han's blaster and some busts. His talent is immense. He was nice enough to send me the parts list back in 2003 and has directions posted at www.fbtb.net It holds together only after being glued. you can handle it gently without gluing but it is a bit fragile.
